Executive Assistant


Position Overview

The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (80%). They serve as a liaison to executive leadership, including the board of directors and management team; organize and coordinate executive outreach; and oversee special projects. They also provide executive administrative support to the Chief Executive of External Relations (CEER) (20%).

BWJP is seeking an individual who is detailed oriented and highly motivated, with strong written and verbal communication skills. They must have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple high-level priorities at the same time. BWJP is looking for a self-starter who is comfortable providing excellent service to various constituencies from all walks of life. A successful candidate will handle job responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.

We’re Hiring: Development Assistant / Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Development Assistant/ Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for external stakeholders for government, corporate, private and family foundations, and individual funding opportunities. The Development Assistant/ Coordinator provides strategic management of the external relations portfolio and develops and maintains systems to support the growth and overall professionalism of the organization. They collaborate on overall strategic vision while independently managing the details of the strategic vision; pitch, develop, and structure complex cause-related marketing strategies; successfully integrate communications and marketing strategies with relationship building. BWJP is seeking an individual who is detailed oriented and highly motivated, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to social justice and equity. They must have excellent organizational skills
and be able to manage multiple high-level priorities at the same time. A successful candidate will handle job responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. They will report to the Chief Executive of External Relations (“CEER”) and be a part of the External Relations team.
