State Specific Best Interests of the Child SAFeR Worksheets for GALs
The SAFeR worksheets that outline the best interest of the child factors are now available with state and territory-specific factors. These tools are designed to assist guardians ad litem in their investigations by providing a structured approach to assessing the best interests of the child. Each worksheet incorporates relevant statutory or case law factors that guide decision-making in child welfare and family law cases.
