U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Detains Domestic Violence Victim

The El Paso Times reports that a victim who went to family court to seek an order for protection against her abuser was detained by ICE officials after the hearing.  The alleged abuser is suspected of making the tip to ICE agents.
